This is an ultra-thin and durable SD card case, with a design similar to a credit card. It consists of two parts, a lid and a case. Since the lid features an SD card icon, I've designed one version for multi-color printing and another for monochrome printing, to meet your needs and printing capabilities. For the case, you can choose from the following options:

• 4 standard SD cards
• 16 micro SD cards
• 2 standard SD cards and 8 micro SD cards
• 3 standard SD cards and 4 micro SD cards

Simply choose the version that best suits your needs. When closed, the dimensions of the box are 77 mm x 64 mm x 6.5 mm.

The SD card slot I designed is slightly loose to ensure that the card won't get stuck even if the printing tolerances are not ideal. When the cover slides over the box body through some fixing pins and grooves, it can be satisfactorily fastened, providing safe storage and preventing the box body from opening unexpectedly.

I printed all the versions on the BambuLab P1S, using a 0.4 mm nozzle, Sunlu PLA+ and Bamboo Basic PLA, as well as standard PLA printing settings:

• Floor height = 0.2 mm
• A two-story wall
• 100% filling
• There's no need for support. Just print the object with the flat side facing down
