This knob fits on a 8mm M2 cap head screw and secures under it with a hex nut. This is used to replace the screw on a Pinecil for easy securing of the tip when assembling. I put this on the bottom as my Pinecil likes to rotate in my hand due to the USB port location on the back weighing it down.
