A single piece knife with a cap that is paused mid print to add the blade.

I printed with extra perimeters at .2mm layer height in whatever plastic was to hand.

Printer beware - it's a printed part and while mine have survived abuse yours may not.

Use a pause where the blade hole will be bridged and add the blade then.
