These ears are commonly found on the back of older Heathkits and other electronics to wrap up the power cord. They sometimes get broken and this should be an exact replacement for those with a 1/2" screw spacing. Print from PETG with 0.2 layer and 0.4 nozzle. The bgcode file is for a Core One and prints 2-up, with each part fully completed. Slice yourself for other printers. The FreeCAD file is also included for modifications. The model is sized for #8-32 machine screws. Use a bit of bee's wax for smooth threading.
