This is a simple Tool Receptacle for Ender 3 or any similar Creality printer that has a vacant slot above the Power Supply. You may unscrew the top to insert the hook clips to the frame bar, or just push it in to snap lock in place.
NOTE: Be careful when pushing the hook clips as it is not "bendy" enough and might break if too much force is applied. You might need to file or sand the hooks a bit for that occasion.
