Inspired by my kid's attempts to perfect his handstand technique during the summer of 2023.

Features:

• Easily assembled and separated in order to throw it in a backpack
• Two different viewing angles (approximately 20 and 40 degrees)
• A third angle is possible if you prop up the phone on the handstand figure's feet from behind
• Phone can easily be placed in landscape or portrait orientation

I like to print the handstand figure in 2 colors. I do this on my Prusa by adding a color change at the middle layer of the of model in the slicer.

You should use the nameplate as a template to make your own, unless maybe your name is Margot. I usually laser cut and etch these out of colored 2mm adhesive-backed foam.

I typically print this with a 0.4mm nozzle using 0.2mm layers.

Future improvements (show me your remixes!):

• I like the curves on the base, but it could be simplified. The rings were originally to allow a charging cable to loop through but you can't really use a charging cable with this.
• Figure out a way allow the charger cable to be plugged in without compromising too much on the size.
• Make it so that the handstand figure, when removed, clicks into the base in order to carry them together.
