Instead of one big cyclone I designed a 5-time cyclone with small and fast rotation in one piece, to separate dust before geting into filter. Integrated to a barrel, likewise working in cyclone style.
The printed cyclone was mounted to an 200mm sewer pipe with an 8 mm Threaded rod.
Not beautiful but effective.

Print Speed of 45 mm/s., infill triangular. A little bit support at the air inlet may be necessary if the settings have problems with the bridges of the cyclone inlet.
