This is a model I made for some wheels my dad got for a cart he uses for work. all of his wheels had the ability to turn 360 degrees but he wanted to lock his front wheels so only the back wheels would turn. This model does exactly that while still mounting in the same holes the wheel originally used. I'm not sure if the model can be used for any wheels other than the ones shown in the photo.
