I added more strength to support a rubber band propulsion system.

The original version was not designed to be propelled this way.

I also added a cutout at the bottom of axle to accommodate the zip tie that attaches to the all-thread axle. And a punch out so the bolt can still be removed easily. 

In the photos, I have the original axle, next to the modified one.
