I got TheJadeResistor's model and scaled/altered so it can be used as a cat hat because we named our cat Hatty, from BattleBlock Theater. I know it doesn't make sense a cat named Hatty. Logic doesn't apply when naming cats in this house. We had a cat named Cerberus, go figure. Anyway, you'll probably need to print a few layers and stop to make sure it fits your cat's head. I added space for the ears and holes for straps, but let's be realistic: you'll print this, take a picture and never dare to do it again unless you plan being killed in your sleep by your feline.

Notes:
You probably want to paint support in the inside ceiling just in case bridging isn't very good. I didn't use support to the buckle (the result is acceptable), but other than that you can get away without any supports.
