My girlfriend's coffee bottle strap kept breaking, and I kept after it with zip ties and glue. Finally made a replacement part, it seems to work great!

Printed in tough TPU. Doens't need supports, don't forget to knock off intrinsic support on the smaller end.
This can be hard to get in, I've thinned stuff up. Note there are flat spots - you want to insert the beams with the strap tilted 90* from the way it's finally installed so the thin spots go in. It's hard to do but strong when you're done.
Before/after install, you might want to bend the strap ~in half, and hit it with a heat gun so the strap takes a set as in the photos.
