Summary
I removed a USB and plug module from the arm console of an old couch we were tossing out, so I did what any designer would obviously do and I built an enclosure for it and turned it into a little nightstand or desk piece.
Doubt I'm going to win any awards for this but I figured it's worth the upload since I've seen much more random stuff on here that's barely relevant to anyone else but the designer. So here it is.
The good part is it can accept any outlet cover type so you can build whatever you need to build and use the corresponding outlet cover or bezel and screw it right on, because chances are highly likely that you do not happen to have the same module I pulled out of the couch but if you do then it's your lucky day.
123D file included if you want to play around with it in CAD.

Turn support density all the way down to 5 because it doesn't have to look pretty inside the build area that stores the electronics behind the outlet cover.
