DtM v3.0 Face Shield (Headband Only)

Due to the extreme demand for medical equipment, GEEK MEDIA & Pollute Free Initiative have begun an effort to produce these masks... In Anti-Microbial PUREMENT PLA.

The first box will be donated to St. Joseph's Hospital (Closest to our office in Toronto, Canada)

-Upgraded design to 1.0mm Nozzle for better print quality
-Adjusted .3mf & .stl files to include Geek Media Watermark (lowercase letter "G" on top of left side headband)

-Updated g-code file to include Kosher Infill at 60,120,180 degrees (instead of 0 & 90 degrees).

-Created the file "3pieces_SM_MED_LG_DtM-v3.3mf" to include arrangement for four pieces, two for smaller to medium sized craniums (work in progress!)

.gcode files have been prepared for .8mm nozzles

-Created the GM DtM-v3 3pcs.stl file to fit three pieces on one build plate specific for our CR-10S 300x300 area.

This headband can fit all faceshields for model DtM v3.0 of Face Shield

Current .gcode file will place 3 models (< 200g of material) on a 300x300 heated build plate.

Nozzle Temperature: 230 (maximum adhesion)
Bed Temperature: 82
Layer Height: 0.3mm
Line Width: 1.0mm
