Summary
I bought the ball head pictured off of eBay, thinking it would take a Manfrotto/Bogen plate. I was wrong!
I think this might take a Benro PH07 plate, but I am not sure. So I just made this plate, and it seems to hold tightly.
You will need a 1/4 X 20 bolt, or a 1/4 X 20 D Ring like I used; readily available on your favorite online shopping site.
You will want to use some strong material, like ABS or PETG; I would not trust PLA to hold on to my camera!
Likewise, I printed at 100% infill; a few extra cm of filament is cheap, a fallen and broken camera is expensive!

Use a strong filament, and print at 100% infill. In the native orientation, no supports needed.
Post-Printing
You will need to screw in a 1/4 X 20 bolt/post in the large opening at the end.
I like to "seal" the layers together using superglue or Plastruct Plastic Weld, so as to lessen the chance of delamination.
