Summary
After replacing the ammeter which broke when I dropped my Samlex SEC-1235M power supply, I wanted a way to protect the meter faces in case it fell again. Since there was no preexisting pattern, I went on Tinkercad to design one. This will print one for each side. The recesses for the screws are because the screws in the case are too short for the thickness of the protectors.

Probably any type filament would work, but I chose PETG. It is infilled 100% for strength as if it drops, it must protect the meter faceplates. I have not tried breaking one, but they are strong and should work well.
Post-Printing
Just clean up any stringing that may have occurred during the print process. Then attach them to the power supply with the original case screws.
How I Designed This
I took measurements of the case. Initially, I made a version that was the same width all the way around. It confirmed the basic length and width, but had no way to attach it to the case. Version 2 widened one side, but did not have holes. Version 3 had holes, but the spacing was wrong. Version 4 had the holes close to the right location, but the thickness was such that the screws could not hold as they were too short. This final version adds a countersunk hole so that the screws will protrude enough to hold the case and keep the face plate protectors firmly attached
Part of my criteria was that they would not block any cooling airflow. The slots are not blocked and there is sufficient clearance on the bottom at the front and back for the fan's exhaust to escape.
