I designed and built this setup for myself — and decided to share it with the community.

This is a 3D-printed custom shroud engineered to work with an industrial blower fan (Delta BFB1012GH), perfectly suited for server GPUs with side exhaust. It’s an ideal solution for keeping these hot workstation or server cards cool inside a regular PC case.

• Core temperature stays around 60 °C under full load
• Fan (turbine) operates at about 67% speed
• Can be easily adapted to other server-style GPUs
