Unfortunately Solidworks does not allow helical features in library parts yet. Instead, these library features are a handy tool for recreating the tapered thread. Just place the feature. The thread profile and a sketched circle will be provided. Just use the circle sketch to create a tapered helix. The circle sketch's dimension contains the parameters you need. Then, sweep the thread profile along the helix you create, and boom! Accurate NPT for whatever you need.
