Its a test that determines what percent of your personality is Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). Using this test other people can determine how best to interact with each other.

Dominance
Person places emphasis on accomplishing results, the bottom line, confidence

Influence
Person places emphasis on influencing or persuading others, openness, relationships

Steadiness
Person places emphasis on cooperation, sincerity, dependability

Conscientiousness
Person places emphasis on quality and accuracy, expertise, competency

Print one of everything or print the grouped file. Then you just place the proper podium height that relates to your level for each DISC letter. Then place the corresponding Letter into the Podium. You can Glue it together if you don't want it to move but your style could always change.
