I was requested to make a front plate cover for the Lectric XP4. Usually a basket would be mounted to the front 4 bolts, but you can instead print and use this cover. The cover should ideally be printed in ASA or ABS, but I found PETG works fine too (for now). I recommend ironing if you're going to place stickers on it but its not strictly necessary. 

The main use is to make the front of the bike look nice, have a bit of customization with stickers, and to trap the cables that usually protrude at the front of the bike.
