Recently a friend broke my shower screen!  The cog snapped and stripped right out of its housing!  Rather than buy a new shower screen at $100 I thought I could design and print a new one,  and I did!

This cog is pretty standard across most types of fold out shower curtain with the cogs that sit up top.  (See image 3)

Material: PLA will probably work but not for long, I printed this in ABS and its lasted a year so far.
