Designed to be printed with TPU.

This adapter is designed for Bosch sanders with a ribbed dust extraction port.

The adapter is made for a dust extraction hose with an inner diameter of 25mm.
I included the Fusion 360 file, but if you don't know Fusion feel free to reach out if you need a specific diameter!

Print Settings

Material: TPU (flexible filament).
Infill: 15% Gyroid.
Brim: Enabled.

I printed mine with Prusament TPU A95.
