Print settings (recommended)
- Material: PETG or ASA (use PLA for prototypes).
- Layer height: 0.12–0.16 mm for best strength and surface finish.
- Infill: 25–40% (grid or gyroid).
- Perimeters / Walls: 3 perimeters.
- Top/Bottom layers: 6–8.
- Print speed: 30–50 mm/s.
- Bed temp: PETG 70–80°C; ASA 90–110°C; PLA 50–70°C.
- Nozzle temp: PETG 230–250°C; ASA 240–260°C; PLA 200–215°C.
- Adhesion: Use brim for small footprint if needed.
- Supports: None expected; rotate so flat face contacts the bed for best accuracy.
Usage
- Slide the block into the magazine side hole so it presses the follower to the lowest position.
- Load BBs into the clip while the spring is retained.
- Remove the block before inserting the magazine into the pistol.
