I based this off the RevRobotics 15mm extrusion channel. I found that vertical and 45° printing work great. Horizontal will break apart at the layer lines, so I wouldn't recommend printing horizontally. The model is approximately 15mm x 15mm x 100mm. If you have a treadmill 3d printer, it would be much easier to print longer channel. I don't think that Bambu Studio supports any treadmill 3D printers. 

for filament, I only tested it with matte PLA, it would probably work better with PETG or fiber filaments.
