If you want to use this model for materials other than foam core boards, simply adjust the "Gap" variable to match the width of the material used, and add a little extra margin as needed to ensure sufficient assembly clearance. I chose a 4.5-millimeter gap to fit the foam core boards I had on hand. All customizable parameters have been clearly labeled with their purpose and function.
