I originally planned to install a foam core wall around the 3D printer to see if it could effectively reduce the noise in the next room. At first, I just designed a simple component, but later I further optimized it and turned it into a parametric model with multiple adjustable parameters. With just two or three connection points, you can easily achieve 90-degree corner designs; at the same time, most of the dimensions of the component can be flexibly adjusted. You can generate corner structures of 90 degrees, 120 degrees, 72 degrees, 60 degrees, 45 degrees, 40 degrees, 36 degrees, and even
If you want to use this model for materials other than foam core boards, simply adjust the "Gap" variable to match the width of the material used, and add a little extra margin as needed to ensure sufficient assembly clearance. I chose a 4.5-millimeter gap to fit the foam core boards I had on hand. All customizable parameters have been clearly labeled with their purpose and function. Additionally, you can directly open and edit the model in the Customizer.
