This is a hook for pool cleaning stuff, anything that goes on the end of a pole---pool brush, vacuum head, etc.

I found this great double hook, but it is for mounting on a wall or wooden fence, so I made this remix which can hang between rails of an iron fence.

Glue the two pieces together at a cross by the dado, as shown in the pictures.

You need two of these guys to hold up a pole (one at either end).

20% infill should be fine. I found it better to use supports.
