Summary
This is a simple bed spring spacer that provides 3mm of extra compression on the bed springs so they can be tighter but give 3mm more of clearance in case any objects such as a motor prevents you from tightening the leveling screws more (than before adding this spacer).
They fit snuggly on the leveling screw and have a small space for the springs to site inside.
