Summary

Laser cutting

I cut this out of 3mm clear acrylic using a K40 laser cutter (w/ K40 Whisperer).

• Cuts: "50% power" on LCD (20mA ish) at 9mm/s
• Raster engrave: "5% power" on LCD at 100mm/s

3D Printing

I only had 18mm M3 screws and was too lazy to cut them down so printed some TPU feet too.

I also printed a TPU header cover to protect the pins if its thrown in a bag or something.

• Ender 3, 0.8mm nozzle, 40mm/s, 0.2mm layers
