The belt is highly flexible and compact in size, making it easily adaptable to medium and large-sized holes. At the same time, it can perfectly fit both the outer and inner radii, resulting in a smooth and natural appearance.
It is recommended to use 200–600-mesh sandpaper and pair it with PETG material for printing.
The model supports scaling adjustment in slicing software, but printing with a preset scale often produces better results. If you scale the model, it may slightly affect the smoothness of the rounded corners, making the rounded corners look less appealing.
Note:
Be sure to choose sandpaper with a tough texture that is not easily torn under moderate tension. Folding the sandpaper several times can significantly increase its strength; of course, if you use a sanding belt from a sanding belt grinder after cutting it, the effect will be even better. The recommended specification is 10mm × 150–180mm.
If you find that the thickness of the belt is too large, you can appropriately reduce the size of the front and rear fixtures in the slicing software and at the same time turn off the "uniform scaling" function. Reduce the size by 0.1–0.2mm in the X and Y axes, but do not scale the Z axis
