Summary

Paint stirrer head with 7mm hole. Print out and attach to shaft with quick-set epoxy glue. Chuck shaft in electric drill. Stir!
The optimization involves the variable pitch helical fins. At the bottom they start with a gentle scoop, then accelerate up and whip the liquid out the top.
I print using PETG, 100% infill. Works good.
