There is no need to de-solder your motor wires with this, I cut a hole in the bottom to be able to add these covers onto frames already built.
Cut 2 pieces of double sided sticky tape for each side and place over your motor wires.

You can resize this for any length and width you need.

I printed this in TPU and have had no problem,you can use PLA or PETG for additional strength.
