There are 2 different sizes and one mesh variant which can be used if extra strength is needed although I didn't find it necessary for this usage.

15x14.2cm is for the DELL optiplex 7000 and 15x15cm is for Dell Precision 3260 compact and Lenovo M920/P330 tiny.
