These two plastic clamp jaws

Compared with other designs, the magnet of this clamp is embedded in a dedicated groove at the top, which not only provides comprehensive protection but also allows for precise installation. This ensures that the magnet or the clamp will not be damaged during disassembly.

This design is optimized for 2–3 magnets with a maximum size of 10×2mm

When fixing a magnet, simply insert the magnet gently into the groove and then seal it with a matching small print cap. Drip a small amount of glue

I used powder-coated PEI boards to print the clamp jaws with grooves, while the rest of the clamps were made of ordinary PEI boards, thus achieving a processing effect with an extremely smooth surface and no texture at all.

I only used two magnets, but if you need stronger clamping force, you can also choose to install three magnets.

If you need clamps with a larger width, you can scale the model size proportionally.
