Quick model of a 2 sided D4 I threw together in TinkerCad. Prints on one of the curved ends to preserve each sides quality as much as possible.

There is a model for just a single D4 and also to print 6 at once. I used tree supports and a brim on my in Cura and mine came out with no issue.

Design inspired heavily by dice listed on Dice Envy though the model itself is my own.
