Many RVs come with low powered USB wall outlets (which often fail). This wall plate helps replace those USB ports with a higher powered 12-volt USB socket, and this uses the existing holes. There are 2 files because sometimes you need a thicker wall plate to accommodate an extra long socket and thin walls.
