Turn a regular 5 gallon bucket w/lid into a saw dust separator. The top part is for a 1 ¾" vacuum hose. It works fairly well, not perfect. I keep my saw dust to use as fire starter or to mix in with my compost. Keeping it in buckets makes that easy. Also made an updated vacuum attachment part that can fit the 1 ¾" part of the hose inside, or the larger 2 1/8" part over the outside. Both top parts are compatible with both bottom parts.
This is an exact fit with no tolerance. So you can turn on xy compensation or print the inside parts at 98-99%.
I used a 2" hole saw to drill the bucket lid. It was a tight exact fit. You can use a 2 1/8" hole saw if you are feeling generous.
Printed at 0.2mm layer height.
4 walls.
20% infill.
No supports on the top or center parts. Supported the side part as shown in the picture. It printed surprisingly well. Was really cool to watch.
