This is a pair of cases for ZBiotics Pre-Alcohol ($20 off referral link). The glass vials are probably relatively fine on their own, but glass seemed a bit fragile and sometimes I want to take several out to share, so I drafted a container to store several of them.

This container has a lid that stays attached even if it is turned upside down or shaken, and mostly even if it's dropped (although I wouldn't suggest dropping from too high). The layer lines work a little against the shear strength of the lid, but it has been reasonable for me. Just squeeze on the grips to release the lid.

The lid tolerances are moderately tight to ensure it fits and stays in place, but I haven't had any problems printing it and having things fit. The lid can move around a very small amount, as can the bottles, but they shouldn't rattle around too much.

(Regarding ZBiotics: it seems to work reasonably well for me and many of my friends - which is why I made this container - but it seems to vary a bit from person to person. It's not necessarily perfect, and you should still drink responsibly and hydrate regardless.)

Printing

• Material: doesn't matter a ton: you probably shouldn't leave this in direct sunlight to avoid it getting too hot for the probiotics in the first place. I printed this using Sunlu matte white PLA. The material needs to flex a bit for the hooks to work. PLA and PETG are fine choices.
• Supports: no, just make sure to print the top upside-down
• Infill: 5%, gyroid: it doesn't need much, but gyroid infill keeps the stress down if it's squeezed from the sides, even at an angle.
• Layer height: 0.15mm is best for the hooks (you'd like them to be smooth), so either 0.15mm everywhere, or variable layer height. (I used PrusaSlicer's automatic variable layer height, and then manually lowered it to be close to 0.15mm by the hooks and clips.)
