For my daughter's wristband project, I designed a flexible wristband with a TPU string that worked out really well! 

The project includes both the thread and the string, with the string itself being 1mm wide and 1mm high. 

Note: The model is designed to work well with a 0.8mm nozzle, which I found to produce great results.
