I made this in TPU but non-flex materials should work fine too as long as the tolerances are right.

Make sure your extrusion width, layer height and bottom solid layers match the parameters in OpenSCAD. bottom solid layers corresponds to cap_layers.

The model I uploaded is for fitting a pipe with diameter = 18.8 mm (added 0.2 mm in parameters for an easy fit)

Parameters I used:

extrusion_width = 0.45;

layer_height = 0.2;

bottom_solid_layers = 5;
