I wanted to add a remix with my settings so if anyone just wants to print an e3d version of the nozzle without bothering with adjusting openscad values, they can.

I buit a 5x3 matrix for the popular sizes: 0.2mm, 0,3mm 0.4, 0.6mm and misc.

The default settings work well with 6mm-wide labels from a label maker.
