Uploading design just to show evolution of the annular fin concept.

Whilst I filmed the test with the fin cam I haven't got around to uploading the video of the test.  Suffice to say, it worked like V2 but it did not last long.

Need to add a layer of fibre glass around annular section as the PVC just not strong enough.
