Summary
If you've printed the Control Box from my Maker Mods thing
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4086006
you've realized that to replace a component in the Nose section you had to pretty much take all the guts out of everything to take the Nose off. And cursing me as well.....
No more. Now the Nose is held on with 2 M3 x 10mm screws and hinges/lifts off for easy access.
Additionally, the Arctic F9 fan that was in it was too loud and a bit overkill, so I've changed it out to a Noctua 4010 with a new backplate.

Hanger 107 and Hanger 108 are simply 1mm different in length between the inner flats of the Front Control Box Case half. Measure your box and print the appropriately sized Hanger. It should fit in without any springing of the sides of the Control Box half.
Mirror/Copy/Print the Hole Template to create one for each side of the Control Box Nose.

Installation of the Nose Hanger/Attach Rail
Glue each Control Box piece into their respective locations.
Use the Hole Templates to drill holes in the bottom of the Control Box Nose.
I extended the wiring from the Power switch to make it easier to work on in the future: the USB and Display cables were already long enough.
