This is a tool for setting the raised presser foot height on sewing machines. When restoring vintage sewing machines, often the presser foot bar is removed from the machine for cleaning, this tool allows for proper positioning during re-installation.

How To Use: Simply install the foot your machine's presser bar, drop the feed dogs, set the disc side of this tool on the sewing bed, and make the "up" position for the foot be resting on this tool. Some fine adjustment may be necessary but this will get you close.
