Remixed the controller holder a little. It now works with all version Xbox controllers. Tested with original Xbox controller (Duke and S), Xbox 360 (wired and wireless), and Xbox One (Original and S).

I managed to wrap the cable up and squeeze it between the two posts with the controller sitting over it. It could use a better cable management solution though so I'll keep messing with it, or if someone else wants to remix it.
