For assembly I used (8) M4-12mm screws with Hex Nuts that are inserted into slots on the inside of the Raspberry Pi Case, 2 in each corner.

The USB to SATA converter was a:
LogiLink USB 3.0 to 2.5 inch SATA Adapter Converter AU0012 A Black

The Ultra Quiet Fan that I used was a:
Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX 5V 40mm 5 Volt Fan

Screws to attach the fan to the lid are included with the fan package.
