This is a shim designed to enable you to mount the stock Apple Watch charger flush with a table.

Inspired by the IKEA nordmärke (the two white chargers in the picture) I designed this to enable charging for all my devices (since the watch doesn't use Qi), the hole is 67 mm, i.e. the same diameter that the Nordmärke mounts with and one of the stock hole sizes for the IKEA Fixa drill set.

Post-Printing

Put the stock Apple Watch charger into the shim and add the wedge (or the other way around, it doesn't matter) so that the wedges pushes the charger up and secures it in place.

Drill a 67 mm hole and put the assembled charger/shim/wedge into the hole.
