OpenSCAD syntax highlighting files for nano.

Installation

Place openscad.nanorc with other nanorc files, found in one of these locations:

/usr/share/nano/ System-wide nanorc files~/.nano/ User nanorc files

and make sure include "/usr/share/nano/*.nanorc" is in /etc/nanorc and uncommented.
