Summary
VRChat desktop icon as keychain with print on the bottom/ backside (first layer).
I reduced the black "VR" text hight to 0.9mm and added the text to the bottom on the first layer in this version.
Printed with and sliced for Bambu Lab A1 0.2 nozzle with black and white PETG-HF on textured PEI plate
How to print (in OrcaSlicer with manual filament change):
- Import the VR-keychain-bottom.stl and VR-keychain-top.stl into your slicer. Make sure they are aligned.
- (IF you print more than one at a time: Assign the bottom part to your black filament and the top to a white filament in the "Objects" section of your slicer. Highlight both parts and clone them.)
- Add a pause so that you can change the filament to black before printing the top VR text and perimeter (layer 18 when printed with 0.1mm layer hight).
- Change settings to listed below
- Slice and export G-Code
- Open the G-Code in a text editor that shows the line numbers and add the line "M400 U1" just after the bottom black "VR" text and perimeter is printed - before the white part gets printed on the first layer. See example GCODE file at line 5313.
- Copy the G-Code file to your printer ( with SD-Card, USB, etc.)
- Make sure you have the black filament loaded.
- Start print
- After the black "VR text is printed it should pause. Change filament to white and resume printing.
- Printer should stop a few layers up before printing the top "VR" text. Change filament back to black. - Done
Alternatively you can also open the provided OrcaSlicer 3MF file and adapt that one. Manual filament change on first layer has to be added in g-code afterwards as well though.
Settings used:

Layer hight: 0.1mm (can be changed)
Wall generator: Arachne (for best quality)
Walls printing order: Inner/Outer/Inner
Wall loops: 4
Spars infill density: 20%
