Description of the Knock Box 

Main Body:

• A rectangular container designed with enough depth to hold the discarded coffee grounds.
• The inner surface is smooth for easy cleaning.

Knock Bar:

• A cylindrical bar positioned near the top of the container.
• Used to knock out the coffee puck from the portafilter.

Honeycomb Tray:

• A honeycomb-patterned lid or tray designed to filter out coffee grounds or liquids, allowing them to settle at the bottom.
• The tray can be removed for cleaning.

Handle or Grip:

• Includes a handle or knob to easily open, remove, or carry the container.

How to Use:

1. After espresso extraction, place the portafilter over the knock bar and tap it to dislodge the used coffee grounds.
2. The coffee grounds fall into the container below.
3. Remove the tray or container to dispose of the grounds and clean the box.
