I purchased an IBC Container with a very stuck valve that couldn't be removed by hand. I used a Dremel tool to cut off the front of the valve and made this adapter to be used with a 1/2" breaker bar to loosen the remainder of the part off the container (see photos). This removed the part cleanly to be replaced with a 2" x 3/4" hose adapter.

1. Be sure to print with at least 80% infill to ensure the breaker bar does not misshape the PLA.

2. Be sure to print with supports (touching the build plate) as there is a small gap to account for the breaker bar.

3. Height of part can be adjusted to account for your specific requirements.
