I really liked the original design by @JLS_82271 — it’s simple and smart!
When I first tested it with rigid filament, I noticed that the flat hook didn’t fit my hinge perfectly, so I modified it by cutting round sections to match my hinge profile.
When I switched to TPU, I realized the short flexible hook could bend and slip off the hinge. To prevent this, I extended the hook and then redesigned it to fully enclose the hinge for extra stability.
I also recommend printing this in flexible filament (like TPU) to avoid scratches on the door and frame.
Also added the project file to show how simple it is to adapt models in PrusaSlicer. It includes my modified printer profile, print settings, and the filament profile I used.
Note: The mention of “S-FLEX 90A” in the project is just for information — I’m not affiliated with or sponsored by the brand selling this Filament. This was simply the flexible TPU filament I had on hand, and it was actually my first time printing with TPU.
